There is a slight possibility that two people will attempt to purchase the same product before the website has been updated to reflect the first sale. If this happens, we will notify the second buyer immediately and offer to create a similar piece, but no duplicates will be made. ReturnsDee-Zigns is commited in providing courteous service and 100% customer satisfaction. We will gladly make an exchange or credit your account for any item with which you are not completely satisfied. The item must be returned new and unworn within 14 days of purchase, in original packaging. All merchandise MUST be shipped pre-paid and insured (Dee-Zigns is not responsible for any package lost or damaged). Charges for shipping and handling on all returned merchandise are non-refundable. We will credit you the cost of return shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail, so please insure your package and use a bubble-wrap mailer (sold at post offices and office supply stores).
